The chiropractic sessions are informed by yoga principles respecting the mind-body connection. The adjustments are tailored with awareness of your flexibility, breathing patterns, and muscular engagement
Each session will involve chiropractic techniques such as spinal manipulative therapy and sacro-occipital technique (SOT ) along side either individual yoga stretches or flows and sequences to compliment the treatment.
