About me
I graduated from chiropractic college at the AECC (Anglo-european college of chiropractic) in Bournemouth 2017. I have since been practicing in London and have been delighted to see how chiropractic can create such a positive impact on peoples well being. I
have for many years been practicing yoga and really understand how it creates a balance between the mind and body. I really wanted to deepen my practice further so I embarked on a yoga teacher training program in Costa Rica and was certified in 2021. I have since been combining my knowledge of yoga and chiropractic which has enabled me to provide more to my patients treatments and follow up care.
When a patient presents with a specific symptom is very important to look at l the body as a whole as often symptoms are secondary compensations to problematic areas. I use SOT (sacral occipital technique) as my assessment tool to figure out the patient’s root cause. Using this protocol helps to assess for other hidden factors causing imbalance on the body and therefore can obtain more ling lasting results from treatment.
